Returns Policy:
We can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- Items must be returned to us in an unused, unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale.
- Please ensure goods are returned to us in their original packaging (where applicable).
- Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the website.
- The items are your responsibility until they reach us; therefore, it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service or First Class post, with a proof of postage.
- Once we have received your return we will process your exchange/refund within 3 working days and send you an email to confirm it's been done.
- If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you are not happy with any aspect of your order please contact us prior to returning the item.
