UK Shipping
We currently offer delivery within the UK using Royal Mail tracked services.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Our estimated UK delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, severe weather or other disruption.
Every effort is made to get your bounty to you safely and promptly.
Please note that some orders may be shipped in separate parcels.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available in-store only and is free of charge.
You will receive confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
Available delivery destinations and the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, service selected and order.
Some items may not be available for international delivery. Where a product or destination is excluded, this will be indicated during the ordering process.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are outside the control of Realm Of Nerds and, unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check the import requirements of your country before placing an international order.
Delivery Problems
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your bounty arrives safely, occasionally a parcel may be delayed, damaged or go astray.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Orders Sent in Multiple Parcels
Some orders may be fulfilled from different stock locations or suppliers and may therefore arrive in more than one parcel.
You will not necessarily receive your entire order at the same time.
If you believe part of your order is missing, please contact us so that we can check the status of the remaining items.
Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, postal service disruption, customs delays or other unforeseen events.
