Welcome to Realm Of Nerds. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Return Policy, which form part of the information provided for your purchase.

4. Placing an Order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract for the purchase of the goods is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the goods have been dispatched, unless we have notified you that we are unable to accept the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where:

A product is unavailable.
There is an obvious error in the price or product information.
We are unable to fulfil the order.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
A delivery destination is not supported.

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you have paid for the cancelled order.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required to correct a genuine pricing error.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be dispatched.

We accept the payment methods made available at checkout.

6. Delivery

Our delivery arrangements, available delivery destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Return Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.

If there is a significant delay or we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and explain the available options.

Our delivery obligations and your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

7. Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is offered, the collection arrangements will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to you.

Click & Collect is currently available in-store only.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring suitable proof of your order and identification where reasonably required.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Our returns and refund arrangements are set out in our Shipping & Return Policy.

If you purchase qualifying goods online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your legal rights, please contact us at:

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discount codes, competitions, special offers or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions are subject to the specific terms provided with the promotion.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discount codes may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions or other restrictions.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to any rights already established by a customer.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Where a promotion has specific terms, those terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions for that promotion.

11. Competitions

Competitions operated by Realm Of Nerds may have separate competition-specific Terms & Conditions.

Where separate competition terms are provided, those terms apply to the relevant competition.

Entering a competition does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications unless you have separately provided the required marketing consent.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, artwork, branding, page designs and other materials, belongs to Realm Of Nerds or is used with permission.

You may view and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.

Realm Of Nerds and associated branding, artwork and original content remain our intellectual property where applicable.
